Student Google Classroom username

A student Google Classroom username is made with the ManageBac StudentID followed by @internationalschoolofhellerup.dk. Example: if a student has the studentID:abcdef, then the username is: abcdef@internationalschoolofhellerup.dk

How to upload long videos (more than 15 min) on youtube?

If you create a youtube video that is longer than 15 minutes, you have to verify your account. Otherwise youtube will not publish it. Its a very simple process, just log in to your google account and follow the steps on this website:https://www.youtube.com/verify

How can I add my Google Calendar to outlook on Mac?

How to scan a document using my phone?

Its possible to scan a paper-document with your phone. I have tested many diffrent apps and the best app I found is called “Adobe scan”, its available for both iPhone and Android and its free. Use the app to scan your paaper-documents and convert the to pdf files that you can send your students.

What to do if you have internet connection problems while in a google meeting?

1) Start by measuring your internet speed on this website:https://www.speedtest.net . You need at least 10 mbit download and upload. If for some reason your internet connection is slow and makes your Google Meeting impossible, try turning of your webcam during a session – making it audio only.

If that’s not working …

2) Try using another wifi connection, like your Mobile Phone hotspot as an alternativ to your home wifi.

If that’s not working …

3) if no stabel wifi connection is available, you can still access your Meeting by phone – this will always work. Its possible to use a normal phone call to connect to a Google Meeting, thereby removing the need for a stable or fast internet connection. Of course this means that you will be on audio only. Call the number and put your phone on speaker. See attached image to see where you can find the phone number for your meeting.

Can I send a email to a @internatinalschoolofhellerup.dk account?

Yes, you can send a email to @internatinalschoolofhellerup.dk, but the receiver will receive it in his/her @ish.dk mailbox. All emails will be redirected to the school @ish.dk account.
