Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness

We will have an hour session where we will learn yoga asanas to improve concentration, improve digestion, improve posture, strengthen muscles, develop body awareness. We will also practice breathing exercises which help manage stress through meditation and mindfulness activities to build confidence, improve studying, relaxation, and more. All these sessions will be very interactive where we will do theme yoga classes such as fall yoga, Halloween yoga, Zoo yoga etc.) and different meditation and mindfulness activities such as chocolate meditation, candle light meditation, and laughing yoga (I have different laughing techniques, we laugh out loud and feel light and very happy).

15:50-16:50 MYP in the PE room
Season: January 14th  – June 3rd
No lesson on February 11th April 15th, April 22nd, and June 10th  due to holidays
Cost: 900 DKK (18 classes)
