Learning to Move and Moving to Learn

Movement is the most widespread, important and even more serious activity children can practice. As they move and play, they learn “spontaneously” and train the intellectual, physical, social and emotional skills needed for a good development. Physical activity improves children’s motor skills, psychological well-being, social competence and emotional maturity. Learning to Move and Moving to Learn optimizes children’s resources and boosts their development throughout appropriate activities and lots of fun!
